A clipper system could bring our first “sticking” snow to parts of Northern and Central Indiana and Western Ohio on Saturday. While this won’t be a blockbuster snow event, it could be enough to accumulate an inch or two in some areas.
The other big story will be several rounds of arctic air moving into the Ohio Valley. The first this week (including falling temperatures today) will cause high temperatures to only reach the upper 20’s and lower 30’s the next several days.
Another round of even colder air is expected by the middle of next week. That round of arctic air could again be accompanied by another round of light to moderate snow.
The overall weather pattern will continue to support snow chances and colder temperatures through the end of December.
