SnowCast For Thursday & Friday

Another weather system will bring a round of moderate to heavy snow to parts of Northern Indiana and Northwestern Ohio starting Thursday Night and continuing through Friday.

A warm front will stall over North Central Indiana and while Central and Southern Indiana will see warmer temperatures, colder air will get trapped in Northern Indiana and Northwestern Ohio with a prolonged period of snowfall.

Winter Storm Watches are already in effect for much of Northern Indiana. At this point we are forecasting a band of 4-8″ of snow across extreme Northern Indiana including Chicago, South Bend, Elkhart and Goshen and Angola. 2-4″ of snow is expected a little farther South from Plymouth to Warsaw to Fort Wayne.

We will have updates on this storm throughout the next 24 hours so stay tuned.
